Ước gì có chiếc cầu vòng,
Để mang cho bạn sắc hồng xinh tươi.
Ước gì có những nụ cười,
Để tình nồng ấm, để đời đẹp hơn.
Ước gì làm được Thái Sơn,
Để cho bạn được giàu hơn bây giờ.
Ước gì có chút bình an,
Để cho bạn bớt ngỡ ngàng cô đơn.
Ước gì gom hết khó khăn,
Đem luôn xuống bể mà quăng cho rồi.
Nhưng làm sao được bạn ơi !
Thái Sơn khó dựng như lời ước mơ.
Cầu vòng bảy sắc giăng tơ,
Lấp la lấp lánh đang chờ đó thôi.
Xin cho tôi được đón mời,
Bạn về Đai Hội cùng tôi tâm tình.
Bao nhiêu xa cách bấy tình,
Bao nhiêu nồng ấm khi mình gặp nhau.
Hội ngộ nào có bao lâu,
Vừa mừng gặp gỡ, lại sầu chia tay.
Xin cho hẹn lại ngày này,
Năm sau ta sẽ sum vầy mà thôi.
Để đời bạn vẫn đẹp tươi,
Để tôi luôn có nụ cười thân thương…

Our Earnest Wishes
Wish we had the rainbow
That enchants you with its magnificent glow of pink
Wish we had the smile link
That warms your heart, and brings beauty
Wish we could build picturesque rnountains
That fountain you with more wealth you have
Wish we all had our enclaves of tranquility and peace
That dispel you of bewildered solitude and anxiety
Wish we could wrap up worries
And toss them once for all into the seas
But how could we, My Friends?
Mountains are much tougher to build than we had hoped
And rainbow spectrum across the sky scoped
Just simply glows in illusion of wait!
Let me now express my reality wish straight
Wish you corne to our reunion so we together meet
To share feelings of apartness the longer, the more to greet
Oh, we would all feel great when we meet at our reunion
And remember Friends, such time is never long enough
Just when we enjoy our meets, comes tirne of Good Bye
Thus let us express our next wish
This time, next year, again we shall gather and meet
Let’s wish this makes our lives merrier
And keep those friendship smile links in us forerver …

Les jours où tu es mélancolique.
Si je pouvais, je construirais une montagne
Que tu pourrais considérer comme ta propriété,
Un endroit où trouver la sérénité
Un endroit où l’on peut être seul.
Si je pouvais prendre tes problèmes,
Je les jetterais à la mer.
Mais je me rends compte que toutes ces choses
sont impossibles pour moi :
Je ne peux pas construire une montagne,
Ni prendre un arc-en-ciel lumineux.
Mais laisse-moi juste être ce que je sais faire le mieux :
Un ami toujours présent.
